Job Summary
Contribute to property maintenance and upkeep, including trash disposal, minor repairs to woodwork, drywall, and masonry, and watering of lawns and flowerbeds. Operate a ride-on mower and weed eater for varying durations, particularly in challenging weather conditions. Organize recyclable materials and make part runs to collect materials from vendors for delivery to technicians or back to the warehouse. This role supports the Facilities Manager in delivering top-tier residential services to clients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capability to follow oral and/or written instructions
- Reliability, punctuality, and safety-mindedness with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented and willing to work extended hours when necessary
- Positive, helpful demeanor, and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- No lifting restrictions and no fear of heights
- Tolerance for high and low-temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions
- Honesty about skills and capabilities
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, with a clean driving record
- Availability to work Monday- Friday anywhere between 6:30AM-3:00pm (or until daily task are complete)
