Mechanic

Mechanic needed to repair and maintain all golf course maintenance department equipment. Responsibilities include lubricating and servicing equipment, inspecting for deficiencies, repairing and adjusting gear, maintaining repair records, and training staff in proper maintenance methods. Responsible for safety procedures and records, operating and maintaining new equipment, performing general overhaul and preventive maintenance on all equipment, and performing small engine repairs (mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, backpack blowers), as well as golf car tire repair. Requires skills in minor engine repair, electrical troubleshooting, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Ability to operate a Foley Spin Grinder is noted among duties; position emphasizes hands-on maintenance and safety compliance.
