Job Summary
Perform engine performance diagnosis, troubleshoot, and repair motors, brakes, transmissions, AC, and body work. Conduct tune-ups, fluid changes, and mechanical inspections for park vehicles, generators, small engines, and rides. Transport and deliver gasoline to assigned accounts on a daily route while responding to spills and environmental releases per EPA guidelines. Maintain equipment and tolls in good condition, read scanners to understand diagnosis codes, and communicate delivery exceptions or equipment issues to dispatch and management. Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, safety, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
- A Valid CDL-A with HAZMAT endorsements and TWIC Card.
- 4 years of Journeyman level experience.
- Must be able to read scanners and understand codes for diagnosis.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- May frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Close vision.
- Distance vision.
- Peripheral vision.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to adjust focus.
Desired Qualifications
- Exhaust knowledge is a plus.
