Mechanic

Trailer Mechanic with Forward Air to maintain trailers and vehicles, perform DOT-compliant inspections and minor repairs, tire mounting/dismounting, cosmetic repairs, and diagnostics using a variety of tools. Responsibilities include analyzing mechanical systems to determine cost-effective maintenance or replacement, maintaining attendance and shop hygiene, entering repair data into Maintenance Software, and supporting facility maintenance. Must have a valid driver’s license, prior experience in truck/trailer/vehicle repair, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
