Mechanic - Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks while performing assigned planned maintenance on customer vehicles. Maintain the service van and its inventory, then process paperwork after completion of each job. You must hold a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks, with less than two years of related experience preferred. This role supports Crown's global network of retail locations and manufacturing facilities, offering award-winning service training, a company vehicle, and a no flat-rate compensation structure. Primarily scheduled for the first shift with 40 hours per week plus overtime, the position requires strong mechanical aptitude and customer care skills.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 2 years related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to safely operate lift trucks
- Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States
- This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided
- Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire
- Primarily 1st Shift
