Mechanic Feedmill (Lvl B)

Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on all Feedmill Equipment and Machinery. Inspect feed mill equipment daily, detect potential mechanical and electrical problems, and implement solutions. Respond to breakdowns, assess and coordinate proper resources to address problems, and conduct consistent hourly checks on the boiler room. Maintain required written records for work performed, corrective actions, and parts management while managing requisitions and inventory. Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, lockout/tagout procedures, and process safety management. Requires 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience with skills in welding, cutting, and light electrical work. Shift runs 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Friday, with an on-call rotation once every four weeks.
