Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in golf course maintenance equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on mowers and turf equipment; service and adjust engines and cutting mechanisms; set up and modify new equipment for optimal use; maintain tools, parts, and service logs to ensure operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months mechanical repair experience preferred
- Experience with small engines, mowers, hand tools, and turf equipment required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, bend and squat frequently, and stand/walk for extended shifts
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
