Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical control systems, 3-phase motors, and mechanical systems including pneumatics and hydraulics. Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment to minimize unplanned downtime while conducting fast emergency repairs during active production runs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electrical meters to maintain automated production and facility machinery in compliance with OSHA standards. Work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment requiring on-call availability, with shifts including C-Shift (Wed noon-6pm, Thu-Sat 6am-6pm) and B-Shift (Sun-Tue 6pm-6am, Wed 6pm-midnight). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior industrial maintenance or mechanical experience in a manufacturing or commercial production environment
- Proven experience with heavy hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery repair
- Willing and able to work on-call to support our 24/7 manufacturing operations
- Must be able to consistently lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
- C-Shift availability (Wed = Noon - 6pm then Thurs, Fri, Sat = 6am - 6pm)
- B-Shift availability (Sunday - Tuesday=6pm - 6am and Wed=6pm – Midnight)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree (AA) in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
