Job Summary
Front-End Mechanic / Alignment Technician responsible for performing two- and four-wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment, diagnosing and repairing suspension and steering components, inspecting systems and providing repair recommendations, ensuring alignments meet manufacturer specifications and customer expectations, test driving vehicles to verify complaints and confirm repairs, maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety procedures, and communicating effectively with service writers and other technicians; occasional assistance with tire installs and basic automotive services is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of front-end and/or alignment experience preferred
- Knowledge of steering, suspension, and alignment systems
- Experience using alignment equipment (Hunter) is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- ASE certification is a plus but not required
