Diagnose and perform brake jobs, handle suspension repairs, and execute alignments and steering system fixes. Replace under-hood components, mount and balance tires, and conduct oil changes and preventative maintenance. Test batteries and maintain shop organization, safety, and inventory levels. Requires 2–3 years of mechanical experience, proficiency in brakes and suspension, a valid driver's license, and weekend availability to keep guests on the road during peak times. Progression paths exist into diagnostic, service advisor, or management roles.
