Job Summary
Perform daily equipment inspections and own your own tools while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Operate asphalt and concrete paving equipment in adverse weather conditions, including hot or cold temperatures, with days, nights, and weekends adjusted to meet project needs. Maintain diesel engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems using strong mechanical aptitude. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Experience with paving equipment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Owning your own tools
- At least 3 years of service and repair experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Required knowledge of Diesel engines
- Required knowledge of Transmissions
- Required knowledge of Electrical systems
- Required knowledge of Hydraulic systems
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety
- Diligence in demonstrating safe work practices
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
- Must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States
