Job Summary

Perform routine preventive maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and fluid checks. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues under supervision while inspecting equipment for wear or safety concerns. Assist with disassembly, repair, and reassembly of engines, transmissions, and braking systems using hand and power tools. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts documentation while cleaning the shop and organizing tools. Respond to service calls and assist with field repairs when required. Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction to progress toward journeyman-level competency. Follow all company safety policies and DOT safety-sensitive requirements. Work Monday through Friday with extra weekend work and overtime available.

Required Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC)
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
Lifting parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds or more
