Job Summary
Ensure parts are available for shop technicians and mechanics by issuing purchase orders and sourcing components at the best price and value. Maintain maintenance shop records, tire counts, and files for invoices and contracts while inputting data related to POs and invoices. Handle department shipping and receiving, including OS&D deliveries to outside terminal locations. Proactively assist others in achieving organizational objectives. This role supports the logistics operations of Swift Transportation and AMX Leasing, offering tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.
