Job Summary

Maintain production and quality by ensuring efficient operation of machinery and mechanical equipment, including bucket elevators, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for issues, and using precision measuring and testing instruments. Remove defective parts by dismantling devices and safely operate hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools. Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories while applying root cause and fault-free analysis techniques. Requires 5 years of heavy industrial mechanical and millwright experience in a continuous operating environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Mechanical Maintenance or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • At least 5 years of heavy industrial mechanical and millwright experience in a continuous operating (24/7) manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and continual diligence about follow-up
  • Knowledgeable of root cause and fault free analysis techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
