Job Summary
Inspect, repair, and maintain heavy-duty equipment by performing routine diagnostics, troubleshooting diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, and executing major repairs to engines and fuel systems. Operate and test equipment on-site and in the field to ensure quality standards, while conducting oil changes, lubrication, and tire replacements as needed. Manage tools and supplies, create preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure timely entry of work orders and replacement parts. Produce detailed service and repair reports and provide exceptional quality work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Requires 3 years of hands-on experience as a licensed 310T Mechanic and valid 310T certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a licensed 310T Mechanic
- 310T Certification in good standing
- Must own your own tools
- Possesses a valid and up to date driver's license
- Understands how to engage with internal and external clients in a customer centric way
- Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate and quality work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision
- Well organized and able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
