Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and make repairs on equipment to avoid downtime, working with a fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as large-scale power-generators, pumps, and HVAC systems. Utilize knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues while maintaining flexibility with changing priorities in a safety-focused environment. This role involves bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with bilingual capabilities in Spanish or other languages required for certain locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment)
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish or Other)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
