Job Summary
Inspect, report malfunctions, and make repairs to equipment and physical facilities. Perform general and preventive maintenance on hospital systems while maintaining records and adhering to safety codes. Utilize hand and power tools effectively to ensure operational readiness across 971 beds, including the Orthopedic & Spine Tower and Level III Neonatal ICU. Requires a high school diploma, six years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Required Qualifications

- Training and experience in health-care environment equipment and utilities
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Six years experience or comparable combination of education and experience in general and preventive maintenance
