Job Summary
Drive customer vehicles onto alignment machines, perform visual inspections for tire wear and suspension faults, and execute wheel alignments to factory specifications. Diagnose, inspect, and repair complex brake systems including pads, rotors, and hydraulics, while managing suspension components like tie rods and control arms. Identify faulty parts during vehicle appraisals, report findings to supervisors, and accurately build repair quotes. Operate all precision tools safely and maintain a clean workstation. Must possess ASE certifications in brakes and suspension, hold a valid driver's license, and be available to work Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of hands-on professional automotive repair experience
- Must possess and maintain valid ASE Certifications (A4/Brakes, A5/Suspension & Steering preferred)
- Must be able to work Saturdays as required by the business needs
- Advanced knowledge of tire wear diagnosis, suspension components, and modern alignment procedures
- Demonstrated ability to perform above and beyond standard requirements, with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
