Job Summary
Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering and suspension components, charging and electrical systems, and perform tune-ups and preventative maintenance on various vehicle systems. Inspect vehicles to identify repair needs, safely lift and support vehicles using shop equipment, and maintain accurate repair documentation and service records. Use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and specialty lifts while following all company safety procedures and communicating professionally with customers and service advisors. Requires 2–4 years of professional automotive repair experience, ASE certifications A4 and A5 preferred, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Stable year-round hours with ongoing technical training and career advancement opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2–4 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Commitment to continuous learning as automotive technology evolves
- Must be able to perform work both inside the shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to safely operate shop equipment
- Must be able to safely lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to follow all company safety policies
