Mech Eng In Training (51137)

Mech Eng In Training is a learning position for a new engineering degreed graduate. Under supervision, the MET executes simple mechanical tasks and product updates/analysis, may modify existing or develop new designs and prototypes, read blueprints, perform limited CAD revisions, fabricate prototype parts, and assist in documenting parts lists, BOMs, and engineering change orders. The role involves design and drafting support, coordination with other departments, sourcing and procurement of parts for prototypes, and using CNC equipment to create and modify parts. Strong adherence to instructions, safety standards, and effective communication with senior engineers are essential.
