Job Summary
Lead MECCA Subiaco store operations and people by guiding a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coaching and mentoring staff, driving KPIs, and upholding MECCA’s values and leadership programs. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day store operations, fostering training and development, motivating the team to achieve performance targets, and building strong relationships to support a high-performing retail environment. Requirements include extensive management experience in large-format retail (minimum 3 years), a passion for customer service, coaching/mentoring experience, and a proactive, long-term mindset to influence improvements across the store.
