Job Summary
Fragrance Specialist wanted at MECCA Pacific Fair in Queensland to be the in-store fragrance expert, guiding customers to select scents from top, middle, and base notes for daily use or special occasions like weddings. You’ll educate customers on notes, deliver memorable shopping experiences, work with a team to maintain exceptional service, and participate in MECCA’s learning programs (MECCAversity) with opportunities for permanent roles and regular schedules. The role includes access to generous product discounts, parental leave provisions, and involvement with global brand partners such as Tom Ford, Byredo, and Diptyque. Successful candidates will demonstrate fragrance knowledge, the ability to take customers on a fragrance journey, and a collaborative, positive team attitude. Required Qualifications
- Experience in fragrance knowledge preferred
- Customer-service oriented with ability to guide customers
- Ability to conduct wedding fragrance consultations is a plus
