Floor Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a large-team in MECCA Pacific Fair, Queensland. Drive exceptional customer experience by leading from the front, mentoring and coaching the team, delivering training, and providing feedback to build a highly effective store. Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA values. Requires prior experience managing a large-format retail environment and a passion for customer service, with a focus on developing team members and delivering MECCA’s brand experience across operations and people development.
