Conduct skin services for customers including skin consultations and relaxing facials, acting as the go-to expert in store for all things skincare. Help customers find the best products for their needs while working alongside the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the Morley Galleria location. Provide expert advice on global beauty brands such as Dr Dennis Gross and Tatcha, utilizing continuous upskilling opportunities to expand knowledge. Create unforgettable moments that allow customers to feel amazing in their own skin as part of a new store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience and knowledge of skincare products and how specific ingredients work for different skin needs
- Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to feel amazing in their own skin
- An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
