Conduct fragrance consultations and product demonstrations for customers, guiding them through scent journeys to select appropriate top, middle, and base notes. Deliver personalized advice for daily wear and in-depth wedding consultations, ensuring clients leave feeling inspired. Collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and provide expert support on global beauty brands including Tom Ford and Byredo. Maintain current knowledge through continuous upskilling programs and participate in regular store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven fragrance experience
- Knowledge of top, middle and base notes
- Knowledge of fragrance for the body and home
- Highly skilled at taking customers on a journey to find the right fragrance notes
- Ability to provide in-depth wedding consultation
