Job Summary
Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the MECCA Highpoint store by leading from the front and driving success through strong communication. Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold company values while upskilling staff. Provide feedback to develop and coach team members, ensuring they deliver MECCA-magic moments. This part-time role requires 15.5 hours per week, including late evenings and weekends, with a focus on prior experience leading large retail teams and a passion for customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
