Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the store and lead from the front by driving success through strong communication and upskilling staff. Engage and motivate the team in-store to meet KPIs and uphold company values. Prioritize availability to work late evenings and weekends. Requires prior experience leading large retail teams, confidence in providing feedback to coach team members, and a true passion for exceptional customer service to create MECCA-magic moments.
