Job Summary
Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store by leading from the front and driving success through strong communication. Engage and motivate the store team to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA's values while upskilling staff. Work on a part-time basis, which may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade. Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams is required. Join a team building a 2,000 sqm destination at Chadstone that combines beauty, wellness, and expertise into an immersive space.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
- Must be able to work on a part-time basis
- Must be available for late night and weekend peak trade shifts
