Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the store by leading from the front and driving success through strong communication. Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold company values while upskilling staff. Prioritize availability to work late evenings and weekends as a part-time Zone Manager.
