Job Summary
Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and ensure the store is always looking beautiful. Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups while auditing stocktakes. Build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring, and regular feedback to help meet KPIs and uphold values. Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock is required. This full-time role is based in MECCA Camberwell, VIC.
