Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on loaders, trucks, and forklifts; diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures to define interventions; execute repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and cylinders; attend to equipment failures during operation to minimize downtime; perform inspections for leaks, wear, and overheating before escalation; support accessory maintenance such as High Tip and quick couplers; collaborate with operations and leadership to prioritize service; ensure equipment release only after safety verification; maintain tool organization and work areas following lockout/tagout procedures. Full high school diploma required; technical training in heavy machinery or automotive maintenance preferred; diesel mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and transmission knowledge essential; manual interpretation and basic diagnostic skills needed; availability for shifts and rotations; CNH category B or higher when applicable.
