Job Summary
Oversee safe and efficient operations of the residential program at the Center for Recovery and Wellness, including managing administrative tasks, ensuring physical plant safety, and maintaining client systems. Provide documented performance-based supervision, coaching, and training to MEC staff and interns while leading shift meetings and monitoring goal attainment. Ensure site compliance with OASAS and HRA standards, coordinate staff coverage, and conduct crisis interventions as required. Manage daily operations such as inventory, purchase orders, fire drills, and client movement, while delivering individual and group counseling in accordance with treatment plans. Serve as the on-call weekday manager and assist in the continuing quality improvement process to uphold the organization's mission of supporting individuals in recovery.
Required Qualifications
- (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or CASAC) with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a residential program or similar setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
