Job Summary
Oversee safe and efficient operations of the residential program at the Center for Recovery and Wellness, including managing administrative tasks, physical plant safety, and client systems. Provide documented performance-based supervision, coaching, and training to staff and interns while leading shift meetings and monitoring program productivity goals. Ensure site compliance with OASAS and HRA standards, coordinate staff coverage, and conduct crisis interventions as required. Manage daily activities such as client movement, inventory control, fire drills, and incident reporting, while maintaining audit-ready conditions and supporting the organization's mission to enhance well-being in Lower Manhattan.
Required Qualifications
- (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or CASAC) with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a residential program or similar setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
