Job Summary
Meat Wrapper responsible for unloading and staging meat, weighing, wrapping, and labeling meat items, and stocking in the cooler/freezer. Operates slicers, grinders, scales, and labeling machines; assists customers with selections and suggests add-ons. Maintains product freshness, rotates stock, logs spoilage and sales data, and performs cleaning and sanitation duties in a refrigerated environment (0–55 degrees). Requires basic math, reading/writing, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 500 lb. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be at least 18 years old. Works full shifts (minimum 8 hours). Knowledge of dating codes, weighing/packaging, and operating related equipment is expected.

- Perform sweeping, cleaning and mopping functions

- Bag and remove trash
