Job Summary
Meat Wrapper responsible for packaging and merchandising fresh meat (beef, pork, poultry) per company policies, wrapping, weighing, pricing, labeling to COOL, USDA and company standards, maintaining displays and case signs, assisting with product ordering, ensuring proper date rotation and cold chain, sanitation of meat cases and rooms, and supporting team objectives. Requires basic math, English literacy, willingness to work in a grocery perishable environment, and flexibility to work in-store operations with strong teamwork and customer service focus. 18+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent; experience in grocery perishable/meat wrapping preferred; ability to operate tools and equipment (knives, wrappers, scales, slicers) and read English; Spanish language skills desirable in certain locations.
