Job Summary
Process and package meat portion control cuts by operating tenderizers and vacuum packagers. Prepare, weigh, package, and box meat products while managing storage, cleaning, and sanitizing the meat room. Successfully complete the apprentice/training program. Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school education preferred. Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Other duties and assigned as needed.
