Job Summary
Meat Utility position performing production duties in a refrigerated meat-processing environment. Responsibilities include opening meat, de-boxing, carrying boxes, moving product through production area, manual transfer of meat, moving equipment, making boxes, and possible operation of basic processing equipment; may include basic sanitation tasks. The role requires teamwork, the ability to adapt to changing customer demands, strong interpersonal skills, trainability, and physical fitness for heavy lifting in a cold, wet production and warehouse environment.
