Job Summary
Responsible for regular visits to member stores as a liaison between the store and warehouse, conducting operational analysis of meat departments to advise managers on improving operations. Develops weekly ad items, conducts training for department managers, and maximizes meat retail sales and warehouse purchases. Key functions include assisting in the development of meat case configurations and sales programs, promoting special selling events, and analyzing competitor strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in retail/wholesale meat operations
- Understanding of retail/wholesale meat operations and merchandising
- Knowledge of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions

- Must have a drivers license
