Job Summary
Prepare and cook special cuts of beef and other meats according to traditional Brazilian "churrasco" recipes. Season and grill food per prescribed methods and guest requests, then portion, garnish, and present dishes in style. Answer guest questions about the cuisine while representing Brazilian gaucho culture and demeanor. Maintain grill area cleanliness and complete beginning or closing shift duties. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday work is mandatory.
