Job Summary
Meat Seller responsible for servicing customers and providing product information, maintaining display cases, preparing marinades, cleaning the meat market area (including carnitas preparation area and freezers), ensuring proper product rotation, organizing merchandise, maintaining inventory control, and optimizing sales. The role involves keeping the work area clean and safe, reporting hazards, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager. Requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and basic math and reading skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read at an eighth-grade level
- Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Knowledge of weight measurements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
