Meat & Seafood Manager

Supervise, schedule, and train all Meat department employees while organizing daily duties and maintaining positive customer relations. Log and process invoices, take inventory, and enforce expense control policies to ensure accurate pricing and labeling. Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements and assist in any capacity needed within the department.
