Job Summary
Meat & Seafood Assistant Manager responsible for greeting and assisting customers, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees, merchandising products, analyzing financials to ensure department meets goals, and maintaining cleanliness of the department. Ideal candidates are team players who are respectful, innovative, and hospitable, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) or more years' experience in meat & seafood
- Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts
- Strong understanding of grocery retail operations
- Completion or ability to complete tier 1, 2, and 3 of Lunds & Byerlys meat and seafood training
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
