Handle spoiled or damaged items per company standards, grind and cut meats, and weigh merchandise with accurate pricing. Maintain necessary logs for freshness and quality, adhering to food safety codes and sanitation schedules for work areas and equipment. Report shortages or overages to management, assist with receiving and storing deliveries using power jacks, and properly dispose of trash and empty bone cans. Cooperate with co-workers to ensure smooth department function.
