Job Summary
Execute daily and monthly production needs through hands-on manufacturing of stock, JIT, and special-order requirements within the packaging department and meat trimming areas. Maintain strict adherence to production yield, quality standards, and department policies while performing all product handling tasks with respect for personnel and property. Report any concerns immediately and assist with special assignments as directed. Work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7am to 4pm, with flexibility required for varying end times to meet business needs.
