Job Summary
Execute daily and monthly production needs through hands-on manufacturing of stock, JIT, and special-order requirements within the packaging department and meat trimming areas. Maintain strict adherence to production yield, quality standards, and department policies while performing all product handling tasks with respect for personnel and property. Report any concerns immediately and model behaviors consistent with core values including Quality, Safety, and Teamwork. Work Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-noon with flexibility as end times vary to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Employee will understand knowledge of production yield, quality standards, and adherence to department policies and procedures.
- Monday-Thursday 7am-4:00pm; Friday, 7am-approx 12:00pm, with flexibility required as end times may vary to meet business needs.
