Meat Manager - FT New location, Pennington, NJ

Meat Manager responsible for daily meat-department operations including supervising associates, ordering and inventory management, training, and scheduling to meet departmental budgets. Duties include unloading deliveries, cutting and trimming meat and poultry to retail standards, pricing and displaying products per planograms, maintaining product knowledge, grinding and cubing meats, maintaining equipment, ensuring health regulations and safe food handling, and providing courteous customer service. The role requires standing for extended periods, working in cool/freezer environments, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being 18+ years old.
