MEAT/LEAD CLERK

Meat/Lead Clerk responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through service in the Meat Department, maintaining a safe, clean, and fresh environment, and helping the department achieve sales and profit goals. Direct and supervise all functions and activities for the Meat Department in the Meat Manager's absence and support day-to-day Meat operations.
