Job Summary
Support the meat department and store operations by greeting customers, providing prompt and courteous service, and maintaining a positive, teamwork-oriented environment. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating products, assisting with receiving/ordering processed meats, ensuring proper packaging and weights, maintaining correct product pricing, keeping display cases clean and organized, following the Food Safety program, and ensuring proper code dates. Also responsible for sanitizing the department twice daily and adhering to on-site scheduling and time/attendance policies. Flexible to assist with light cutting, assisting with cooler organization, and contributing to a neat, customer-first store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
