Job Summary
Meat Helper needed at Food City in Jonesborough, TN. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing prompt and courteous customer service, assisting in stocking and rotation of products, maintaining proper packaging, weights, pricing, and display of processed meats, keeping workstation clean, following Food Safety program, and attending on-site shifts. Requires 18+ and ability to meet physical/mental/visual demands; teamwork and flexible scheduling emphasized. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
- Ability to stock, rotate, and package meat products
- Ability to assist in receiving/ordering processed meats
- Ability to maintain proper pricing and display of meats
- Knowledge of Food Safety program adherence
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to comply with shifts and store policies
