Job Summary
Meat Helper assists with customer service in the meat department, including greeting customers, providing prompt and courteous service, stocking and rotating products, maintaining proper packaging, weights, prices, and code dates, assisting with light cutting, receiving/ordering processed meats, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of displays. The role supports the store mission to Run the Best Store in Town and requires adherence to Food Safety practices, on-site attendance, and teamwork in a part-time role with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
